  1. When someone walks into your space, make eye contact and smile! “Look approachable”
  2. Answer the phone before the third ring.
  3. Greet and welcome every guest/customer. Project a positive image and energy. Spread the spirit of Hospitality…It’s contagious!
  4. Provide immediate service recovery. Empathize, never defend yourself.
  5. Display appropriate body language at all times.
  6. Anticipate your customer’s needs to provide the best guest experience. Go above and beyond.
  7. Thank every customer!
  8. Know and follow all safety policies and procedures
  9. Keep a file on your customers about specific details/items they like to surprise them when they come visit.
  10. Be kind and courteous to your peers.
